Specialists of the company have shared their experience with the agrarians from the Sumy region
On August 30, the second meeting took place within “Day of Client” at the facilities of the Lebedinsky seed factory. This time the clients from the Sumy region got acquainted with the peculiarities of the production technologies, were interested in new practices and adopted work experience of LNZ Group.
According to the Deputy Director for Management and Development of regional agencies of LNZGroup Dmitro Solomoiuk, thanks to such meetings clients and managers get valuable experience, and informal communication contributes to establishing closer partnerships.
After the implementation of these events we get feedback. The clients' reviews for changing the format of working with them are only positive, because these personal meetings provide an opportunity to pay attention to everyone, answer all the questions, get expert advice on agronomy support. So they are happy to go for 300-500 km for “Day of Client”. This is a new stage in the formation of long-term relationships with partners - said Dmitro Solomoniuk.
The agrarians confirm his words.
I wish that such events were more because our country is not paying sufficient attention to the agricultural business, and people are not knowledgeable in this area. If there were more such events, I think that agriculture would develop better and faster, - said Mykola Rossoha, the agrarian from the Sumy region.
He noted that during the visit he could not only see the production process, but also received a lot of useful information from the experts, which in future he will be able to apply in practice.
Thanks to today's visit I could see the whole production process, areas of hybridization. I learned a lot of useful information from the experts, in particular, received advice on making various fertilizers and learned about the timing of sowing. It was very interesting to hear about it. I wrote everything and will look through it at home and will use it in practice, - said Mykola Rossoha.
The Deputy Director for Management and Development of regional agencies of LNZ Group claims that the work in this format is a good experience for managers of the company.
